Please note that in order to volunteer in the classroom or on field trips you need to have a current Portland Public Schools background check on file. They are good for three years. You can go to https://volunteer.pps.net/ to check your status and/or apply. This is district policy and I can not make exceptions. It is best to apply now so that you are ready whenever we have our first field trip!
