At the end of the day we walk to our 106 spot under the covered area.  Each child has a “dismissal card” with their name on the front. Afterschool plans and adults authorized for pick-up will be listed on the back. The class will line up in our spot and each child will hold up their card when they see their adult. I will take their card after I see the adult. Kids going to afterschool classes will be sent in a group. I know that sometimes it takes a few minutes, but I am asking for patience, as I need to make sure that I am passing each child safely to the correct adult.

It is very important that I have updated information for afterschool plans. I have a place in the classroom for you to drop me a note about any changes. Thanks for your help with this!

Please Note:

• Students may only be released to people listed on the registration form.  Please make sure this is up to date.
• Let me know as soon as your after-school plans change.  This is very important!
• Send a note  anytime there is a different plan for the day (ex: going home with a friend).
• Send a note if your child will be walking home.
• Students are not allowed to wait in the front of the school or at the fence.
