I know it has been a long time since I have posted anything new!  Here are a two highlights from the last few months!

We enjoyed learning about wetland habitats with Megan, from Metro, in October.  We followed this lesson with a fabulous field trip to Whitaker Ponds the next day.

The next week we kicked off our neighborhood unit with a walking field trip to Whole Foods.  We had a great time learning about the grocery store, squishing into the bakery area, going in the walk in refrigerator and learning about food safety rules.  Of course the highlight was the delicious tater tots!

It has been a great few months!  I’ll try to update the blog more often!
